Although AI have been around for a while, but lacks a human touch. With its human-like responses, ChatGPT sparked controversy and inspired Google to create Bard, its own AI chatbot.

Recently, Microsoft’s version of Bing featuring a chat option was released by Microsoft, which has teamed up with the parent firm of ChatGPT, OpenAI. The responses are comparable to those of ChatGPT.

Yet, as they are still in the early testing stages, Bing and Bard each have their own unique obstacles. Although Bing was accused by consumers of “gaslighting them and refusing to recognise its mistakes,” Bard was criticised for a factual error in its first demo film.
