Amid the ongoing Israel-Palestine war, several Muslim dominant countries, especially Iran, have extended their support to Hamas for the surprise land-water-sea attack on Israel. Meanwhile, Elon Musk, the owner of X (formerly known as Twitter) has slammed Iranian supreme leader Ali Khamenei for defending Hamas terror attack on Israel after the latter tweeted a video of people fleeing rocket strikes and gunmen at a concert near the Gaza Strip. The tweet, though accessible, has been censored for violating the rules of X.

Elon Musk calls Iranian supreme leader’s tweet spreading hatred

Tweeting the now-hidden post on the micro-blogging site that the Iranian official stand is clear that the “eradication of Israel is the actual goal, not just supporting Palestinians”. “That will not happen,” the X owner’s post read.

Further, Elon Musk said all that actually happens “decade after decade”, is a “never-ending cycle of violence and vengeance.” “Stoking the fires of hatred isn’t working. Perhaps it is time to consider something else,” he wrote.

Notably, the tweet by the Iranian supreme leaders has been flagged with a message. “This Post violated the X Rules. However, X has determined that it may be in the public’s interest for the Post to remain accessible.”

Khamenei shared a video of Israelis frantically fleeing airstrikes and gunmen in a desert where a festival was underway when the Palestinian militant group, Hamas launched their attack.

“God willing, the cancer of the usurper Zionist regime will be eradicated at the hands of the Palestinian people and the Resistance forces throughout the region. #AlAqsaStorm,” Khamenei’s post on X read.

Israel-Palestine war

Meanwhile, over 700 people in Israel have been killed after Hamas launched its unprecedented attack on Saturday (October 07), firing 5,000 rockets from Gaza following it up with massive infiltration by gunmen who opened fire at civilians. Several videos on social media showed Hamas terrorists taking people as hostages, including foreigners.

The militant group has termed their attack on Israel ‘Operation Al Aqsa.’ While, Israel called their retaliation as Operation Iron Swords, which killed more than 500 Palestinians so far.

This retaliation came after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared a “state of war”. The conflict has so far claimed the lives of more than 1,100 people on both sides.
