Microsoft estimates that the era of "Frontier Firms" will soon come - such companies where humans will command their AI agents and AI will handle the work itself.Every person will work like a mini company and AI will be his team.

Business method will change in three phases

According to Microsoft's Jordan Spataro, this change will come in three steps:

• First phase: Every human will have an AI assistant.
• Second phase: AI will become part of the team by becoming an expert in a particular work.
• Third phase: People will lead their AI agents and play the role of boss.
• That is, now humans will only decide the direction of work and AI will exercise it.

60% jobs in AI's bag

According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), AI will have an impact on 60% of jobs in countries like the US and Britain. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella says that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have a direct impact on about 3 million jobs in the coming time. The presence of AI in both government and private sectors is going to increase rapidly.
