Google on Thursday announced that the Play Games for PC has been launched in beta version in India, which will allow users to seamlessly play hundreds of mobile games on PC devices.

Players who are a part of this beta programme can now play mobile games available on Google Play Games on their Android phones, tablets, Chromebooks, as well as PCs.

The Google Play Games beta programme is now available worldwide in 120 regions, including India, where it is offered in both Hindi and English.

Google Play Games beta allows seamless and synced gaming on PC

The biggest advantage of the new Google Play Games beta for PC is that computer games can now play mobile games in a smooth and seamless manner, with their achievements and progress synchronised to their profile.

This will allow users to leave a game on one device and pick it up on another from the same spot. This will be a massive boost to gamers who own and play games on more than one type of device.

The beta version will offer access to popular games such as Ludo King and Hitwicket Games, which are popular among Indian players, as well as global titles such as Eversoul, Lords Mobile, and Evony: The King’s Return.

Google will look to partner with an increasing number of game developers in the coming years as it will look to make an entry into the cloud gaming platform with this move.
