Dyson OnTrac headphones launched in India at Rs. XX,900: Specs, features revealed

Dyson has officially introduced its new OnTrac headphones in India, following their global debut earlier this year. These premium headphones boast a sleek aluminium body with options for CNC ceramic or anodized aluminium caps, customisable in various colours. The Dyson OnTrac headphones offer advanced audio features, including up to 40dB of active noise cancellation (ANC), Bluetooth connectivity, and an impressive battery life of up to 55 hours on a single charge.

Price and availability in India

The Dyson OnTrac headphones are available in four distinct colour options: CNC Aluminium, CNC Black Nickel, Ceramic Cinnabar, and CNC Copper. Priced at ₹44,900, the headphones are now available for purchase through the Dyson India website and Dyson demo stores across the country. Additionally, customers have the option to personalise their headphones by customising the ear cushions and outer caps, which come in seven different shades.

Specifications and features

The Dyson OnTrac headphones are powered by 40mm neodymium drivers, delivering sound across a wide frequency range from 6Hz to 21KHz. These headphones feature up to 40dB of ANC, which can be easily activated with a double-tap on either ear cup. They also come equipped with a head detection feature that automatically pauses music when the ear cups are removed and resumes playback when they are put back on.

For added versatility, the headphones offer three EQ modes: Bass Boost, Neutral, and Enhanced. Dual beam-forming microphones ensure clear voice transmission during calls. In terms of battery life, users can enjoy up to 55 hours on a single charge, with quick charging capabilities—10 minutes of charging provides up to 2.5 hours of playback. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type-C, with an additional USB-A travel adapter available for purchase.
