The company announced the launch of the ASUS ROG phone 7 series of gaming phones last month. As per reports, it is claimed that company will launch multiple models in this series. Out of which, one has been certified by the NBTC authority in Thailand. It also indicates that the model will have the 5G connectivity. The model will succeed the ROG Phone 6 that debuted last year.
It is speculated that the new ASUS phone will feature a 6.8-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a minimum refresh rate of 165Hz. According to the listing the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen SoC. It is tipped to run on Android 12 with the company’s ROG UI customed skin. The phone will be packed with 16GB RAM and 256GB of ROM for storage.
The phone that was launched by the company last year with the price tag of Rs 71,999 was ASUS ROG Phone 6. It was powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 +Gen 1 SoC with the storage capacity of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
According to the reports, it is also been anticipated that ASUS ROG Phone 7 will come with an under-display fingerprint scanner. It will also be equipped with 32-megapixel front camera with 50-megapixel main with 13-megapixel (ultra-wide), plus 5-megapixels triple camera. The device will run on Android 13 OC and ROG user interface.
LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage will be included with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 powered smartphone. A 6,000mAh battery with 65W rapid charging will be included. The IP54-rated chassis, which weighs less than 240 grammes, is the device’s final feature. However, the mobile company has not made any official announcement for its specifications, the phone should support multiple 5G bands, including N41, N78 and N79. Apart from NBTC certification, the mobile company also bagged the TENAA certification in March, this year.
NBTC stands for National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, is a Thai regulatory agency which oversees Thailand’s broadcast and telecommunications Industries, especially radio frequency radiations. It has different categories depending on the radio interface, the product can either subject to Class A, Class B.

The Vivo T2 series will also launch on April 11 in Indian market. The series will include the vanilla Vivo T2 and the Vivo T2x. both will be sold via e-commerce website Flipkart in India. The promotions so far suggests that the phone will be compatible to 5G. the device will feature 64-megapixel main camera will support OIS. The device could be coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. Similarly, Vivo T2x will come with 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage with FHD+ panel.
On April 12, Realme will introduce the Realme Narzo N55, a new smartphone bearing the Narzo brand. The gadget will be sold in the nation through Amazon India will come equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C charging support, a selfie camera with a punch-hole, and 33W rapid charging. The new Tiny Capsule feature, which the company demonstrated with its Realme C55 smartphone a short while ago, will also be displayed on the gadget.
