Apple Inc is now coming to launch a new feature which will lock in users with health and wellness features. The tech giant is working on an artificial intelligence-based health coaching service which tracks the emotions of the user now. The new service is designed to keep the user updated and motivated to exercise. It will also help them to improve their eating habits and help them sleep better. The concept of creating coaching programmes specifically catered to individual consumers using data from an Apple Watch and artificial intelligence. But there has been no official announcement yet. The move is a part of the companys larger health initiative, which has made such features targeted to its products, particularly the Apple watch. The company is reportedly intending to introduce capabilities that could aid customers with weak vision after launching the service in Apple watches and expanding the health software to iPad. It has also been anticipated that Apple is going to charge the services, similarly, they do for the other services. The user will be able to log their mood, respond to questions about their day, and compare their results over time once the emotion tracker launches. According to reports, Apple anticipates that its mood tracker will utilise algorithms to determine a users mood from their speech, text, and other data. The project was carried out in conjunction with wellness and coaching provider LumiHealth. The year 2020 saw the commencement of Apples joint venture with the Singaporean government. One distinction is that the Singapore-based plan may offer financial incentives to participants who maintain good health.According to reports, the project is being worked on by several Apple departments, including the service divisions, the health, Siri, and AI teams. A wider format for ECG readings and other health information is reportedly one of the changes that will be included in iPadOS 17 later this year.Other health featuresApart from this, the company is working on the other features also. In the coming years, Apple also intends to enhance its health features by adding a simple blood pressure monitoring capability to the Apple Watch, according to the sources. Although it isnt anticipated that the feature will show exact diastolic and systolic values, it will alert users if it thinks they may have hypertension. The company is also developing non-invasive glucose monitoring technology that would use sensors rather than finger pricks to measure blood sugar levels. Apple is purportedly developing a small device with the technology but ultimately wants to include it in the Apple Watch.Reportedly, Apple is aiming to unveil the new iPad app and the tools for managing emotion and vision, at the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference in June. But according to the people who are known to the subject, the coaching service which is a very crucial and significant step, will not be announced this year. The company kicked off its health efforts publicly in 2014 with the launch of a dedicated app and then expanded rapidly with the Apple Watch a year later. The health strategy has become core to the company and has added new features like fall detection and sleep tracking, which was one of the major points in the sale of the smartwatch.
