But yesterday a drop of 2 degrees was recorded in the minimum temperature. According to weather department, for the first time in the last 13 years, the minimum temperature has been recorded at 18 degrees Celsius on October 3.According to the official statement from IMD, Heavy rainfall will continue over Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, and North Odisha for next three days.
