As the news of triple murder got surfaced, a mob of angry people set many houses on blaze in Uttar Pradesh’s Kaushambi on Friday. According to the police officials, three members of a family were allegedly shot dead over a land dispute.
Police informed that they have arrested two accused in the case and a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against the accused at Sandeepan Ghat Police Station in connection with the case.

The incident happened the victims were sleeping outside their home, when some unidentified assailants attacked them. The deceased has been identified as Hori Lal, 62, his daughter Brijkali, 22, and son-in-law Shiv Sagar, 26.
Police said that soon after they received information about the incident at around 6:15 am on Friday, fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire.

“The fire has been brought under control. The situation is under control,” the official said.
Police has started the investigation in connection with the case.
