The problems of teachers in Aligarh are constantly being ignored. Pending arrears of teachers are not being paid. The files of the teachers who will retire on March 31 have not been prepared yet. In such a situation, teachers face a lot of problems. If teachers’ files are not prepared on time, they will have to worry about pensions and other facilities. It was told during Tuesday’s meeting of the Uttar Pradesh Junior High School Teachers Association. After meeting the officials, it was decided that these problems would be put before them.

Pending arrears and delayed file preparation

Teachers are the backbone of any education system. They work hard day and night to shape the future of the students. However, in Aligarh, teachers face a lot of problems. Pending arrears of teachers are not being paid, and the files of those retiring on March 31 have not been prepared yet. It has created a lot of anxiety among the teachers, who are worried about their pensions and other benefits.

Meetings with officials to address issues

The Uttar Pradesh, Junior High School Teachers Association, met to discuss these problems. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of District President Dr Prashant Sharma. The teachers raised serious concerns about the pending arrears and the delayed preparation of retirement files. Block President Akrabad Amit Pratap Singh said that many arrears of teachers are pending, and no action is being taken by the Finance and Accounts Officer’s office.

Block President of Dhanipur, Anuj Pratap Singh, said that examinations of children of female teachers are going on but are not being given CCL. CCL is being cancelled without any valid reason, which will seriously impact their children’s future. Development Block Vijauli Minister Shafiullah said that the Block Education Officers are also cancelling medical leave.

District President Dr Prashant Sharma said that talks would be held with the Basic Education Officer and Finance and Accounts Officer to redress teachers’ problems quickly.

Teachers problems will be solved soon

They will be asked to solve the problems of the teachers soon so that the remaining money for the teachers can be released soon. Also, BSA will be requested that no one’s medical leave should be denied for taking medical leave. Even after this, if the teachers are ignored, there will be a sit-in demonstration and agitation at the Basic Education Officer’s office.

The problems faced by the teachers in Aligarh are serious, and immediate action needs to be taken to address them.

Teachers play a crucial role in shaping students’ futures, and their problems must be resolved quickly. The officials must ensure that the pending arrears are paid and the files of those who will retire on March 31 are prepared on time. The teachers must be given the respect and dignity they deserve.
