A casual dinner outing with friends turned into a tragic incident when a 22-year-old man was hacked to death by three drunk men over Biryani on Saturday, in Chennai.The event took place at the Munnupret bus stop when the deceased identified as Balaji who used to work at a private company went to have dinner with his friends at a shop near the bus stop.Balaji and his friends had ordered biryani when 3 drunk men came and ordered food from the same food stall.The drunk men picked up a fight with them and started to attack the deceased and his friends in front of the stall. The shop owner handling the order of Balaji and his friends first is considered to be the reason behind the attacks.The three men attacked Balaji with weapons like sickles and the whole incident got captured on a CCTV camera nearby.Balaji was rushed to the hospital following the incident where he was declared brought dead. Authorities were informed and FIR was lodged against the three men.Meanwhile, the Chennai police are conducting further investigations into the incident and have arrested the 3 prime suspects.
