The chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday makes the movie ‘The Kerala Story’ tax-free in the state. The move has been taken by the state government, a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi credited the movie for bringing out terror conspiracies, during the Karnataka rally.

The chief minister of the state said that in Madhya Pradesh, a law prohibiting religious conversion has already been passed. Because it raises awareness, this movie is one that everyone should watch. Daughters, parents, and kids should all see it. The Kerala Story has been granted tax-free status by the Madhya Pradesh government as a result, according to Chouhan. CM Chouhan further added that the film exposes conspiracies and religious conversion and terrorism.

On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the movie ‘The Kerala Story’ and said Kerala is such a beautiful state of the country, where people are hardworking and talented. During a rally in Ballari, Karnataka, he also added, that the movie ‘ The Kerala Story’ highlights terror plots taking place there. It is regrettable that Congress might be perceived supporting this terrorist tendency that aims to destroy the nation. Congress is even engaging in covert political negotiations with those who support terrorism. Karnataka residents ought to be wary of the Congress,” Modi continued.
