Former District Panchayat President Jugendra Singh Yadav and his brother Rameshwar Singh Yadav are detained in Etah District Jail. Jugendra Singh Yadav is also a Samajwadi Party leader, while Rameshwar Singh Yadav is a former MLA. Due to the possibility of any disturbance, both brothers have been kept in separate barracks. They also have to face several strict restrictions related to meetings with others. The jail administration has also prohibited them from getting in touch with outsiders like their families and friends. However, theres no information on the duration they will be restricted from meeting anyone from their family members. Rameshwar Singh Yadav has been detained in the District Jail since June 10, 2022. His brother Jugendra Singh Yadav attempted to avoid arrest. He did this by obtaining stay orders from the High Court. Police kept reward to catch the culprit His brother remained underground for a very long time. However, proceedings will be held against him under sections 82 and 83 for a long time. A reward of 25 thousand rupees was also declared from the SSP level to catch him as soon as possible.On Thursday, the police arrested Jugendra Singh Yadav from the Jait police station area of Mathura as he was preparing to leave Uttar Pradesh. As per the reports, he was planning to go to South India. He was also presented in CJM court and sent to jail. Administration restricting activities of two brothers in jail However, the jail administration has maintained a distance between the two brothers. This was done not to let them meet again and avoid any such situation in the future. They are only allowed to attend formal meetings during lunchtime as per jail rules.There are other security reasons as well. These reasons have also led to the prohibition of any meetings between Jugendra Singh Yadav and outsiders. But it remains to be seen how the case will progress in CJM court. Also, theres no information on whether the restrictions on the two brothers will be relaxed in the future.
