Earlier, the exit polls showed a neck-to-neck fight in the 230 assembly sets in Rajasthan. As per the collected data, Congress and BJP can win above 100 seats creating a political conundrum yet again in the state.
While three exit polls predicted the BJP to be the clear winner, two others showed Congress was ahead in the sweepstakes to form the next government in the state.
Two exit polls indicated that the Congress was leading the race to create the state's next administration, despite three exit polls pointing that the BJP would win handily.
In order to drive back the BJP's threat, the state's Congress government, led by Chief Minister Gehlot, announced numerous policies closer to the assembly election.
On December 3, the results of four other states' elections will also be released. For different reasons, the elections are significant to the BJP and Congress which took place months before the Lok Sabha elections.
