Ahead of the upcoming Assembly polls in Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former chief minister Vasundhara Raje shared a stage at an election rally on Tuesday, attempting to make an effort to convey a message that everything was fine between her and the BJP high command.

PM Modi, Vasundhara Raje share stage ahead of Rajasthan Assembly polls

This is the very first time that both top leaders were present together since the elections were announced by the EC. Notably, Raje is considered among the leaders in the race for the chief minister's post if the BJP wins the Assembly elections in the poll-bound state.

Addressing a rally in Baran district’s Anta, Raje also praised the prime minister, saying that the “people of the country are early waiting for him to score a hat-trick by winning the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.”

The entire nation recognises PM Modi’s strength and now the entire world is accepting his leadership, she said.

During the event, PM Modi was welcomed on the stage with a big garland. Both ex-CM Raje and the PM were in the frame. Her son and Jhalawar-Baran MP Dushyant Singh and the party's local candidates were present at the election meeting.

At the event, the prime minister was also seen conversing with Vasundhara Raje and Dushyant Chautala, who flanked him on stage.

Moreover, both top leaders have also taken a swipe at the Ashok Gehlot-led Rajasthan government ahead of the polls.

The voting of the Rajasthan Assembly elections will be held on November 25 while counting of votes will take place on December 3.
