On March 27, Raghav Chadha, the Member of Parliament, files a suspension of business notice under Rule 267 to raise concerns about the attempts being made by the ruling party to silence political opponents by filing baseless criminal charges against them all over the nation, disqualifying them from office, and imprisoning prominent opposition figures.Raghav Chadha wearing black clothes said that all the members of parliament are gathered at the parliament today wearing black clothes to tell that the Central government is undermining the foundation of India. Politicians are the targets of fabricated cases, and some of them are jailed. The chairmanship of many big opposition leaders has been cancelled by the ruling government. BJP aims to keep all the big leaders away from politics. While talking about the emergency, he claimed that this time is worse than the emergency.He continued by saying that “we are there to defend the nations democracy, not any particular person. And I want to communicate this to the people of India that the opposition is your defence mechanism and the government has to understand that without opposition, Indias democracy will come to an end.”
