Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Member of Parliament, Raghav Chadha claimed that the press stories and claims alleging that he is on the ED list are all fake and part of a malicious propaganda to harm his reputation and credibility. He said he has not been named as an accuse or even a suspect in any of the complaints filed by Enforcement Directorate. He urged to refrain from malicious reportage and issue a clarification failing which, Raghav said, he would be forced to take legal action.

Taking to Twitter, Raghav Chadha said, “News articles stating that I have been named as an accused in a complaint filed by the Enforcement Directorate are factually wrong, incorrect, motivated and appears to be part of a malicious propaganda to harm my reputation and credibility.”

He further added, “I have not been named as an accused or even a suspect or any witness in any of the complaints filed by the Enforcement Directorate. There are no allegations whatsoever against me in the said complaints. It appears that in the complaint my name is mentioned as an attendee to some meeting though the basis of making such an allegation is not clear.”

“I vehemently and unequivocally deny the commission of any alleged offence in any manner, about the said meeting or otherwise. I request the media and publication houses not to cause any incorrect reporting and clarify this issue, else I will be constrained to take legal action,” Chadha added.

Chadha attacked the BJP and claimed that they wanted to destroy the Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal. We have become a national party thanks to Arvind Kejriwal’s ongoing inspiration and encouragement, as well as that of the nation’s citizens.

Chadha added that although agencies have been looking into the matter for the past year, they have not been able to turn up even a single piece of money. This is nothing more than anti-Aam Aadmi Party propaganda. He reaffirmed that the party would continue to serve the interests of the people.
