The Principle Secretary of Tourism, Mukesh Meshram, has stated the ongoing preparations for improving tourism in Bundelkhand and Western UP. And it was discussed that starting Hotel Management Institutes in the area can help increase the rate of tourists. Therefore, the District Magistrate of Mahoba has been asked to prepare land for construction.

The plan to improve tourism 

The state’s tourism is planned for further improvement by investing in Hotel Management Institutes. The state government has designed to build two institutes in the locality to attract more tourists to Bundelkhand and Western UP. The construction of the institutes would begin as soon as the District Magistrate of Mahoba gets the land prepared for the cause. A Public Private Partnership has been formed to help open the Hotel Management Institutes. Barj is also said to have these similar arrangements. 

The efforts of the Institutes

Tourism is planned to be promoted with the help of the Hotel Management Sector. A similar plan would also be followed in the nearby areas such as Banda, Chitrakoot, and more. As the District Magistrate of Mahoba is responsible for the land arrangement, he also said that a thirty per cent capital grant would be used to initiate the Hotel Management Institutes.

The young people from the locality would be trained in the Hotel Management Sector. It would, in turn, attract more tourists, and these trained people could train more around the area. It would further increase tourism, resulting in more tourists every year. The initiative of the Hotel Management Sector increases employment in the area in and around.

Expansion plan 

The state government has also planned to expand this idea of Hotel Management Institutes along the lines of Rajasthan. The Hotel Industry is growing from place to place to increase tourism. With the institutes successfully running in Lucknow, they are promised to spread all over soon. 

Conference of Global Investors

In the recent Conference of Global Investors, it was known that Japan had signed an MoU for opening thirty hotels in Agra, Varanasi, Ayodhya, and nearby cities. This massive investment of 7200 crores will be able to employ more than ten thousand individuals.

The state government of UP has planned to increase tourism in Bundelkhand and Western UP by starting Hotel Management Institutes. And the preparations have begun for the said plan. The District Magistrate of Mahoba is responsible for the land arrangement for this. 

 More than ten thousand people will be trained and employed from further information about Japan signing an MoU to open 30 hotels.
