At the Paramount Symphony Society, Crossings Republic, the announcement of the AOA’s election has begun. One of the candidates of Team Unnati, has launched an aggressive campaign. Together, the team members affirm that they will take society’s handover from the object in a legal and transparent manner from the builders.

It is worth mentioning that the previous AOA was trying to get the handover from the builder in this society, but it has not been successful in getting the handover yet. By addressing this issue, Unnati has put itself forward in the election field. Vimal Kumar Pandey, a prominent member of the panel, says that it has been almost 10 years since the society was built. However, the builder has not yet handed over the property. If his team wins the election, he will take the handover of the society to the builder in a legal and transparent manner.

Similarly, Neeraj Mishra, a member of the team, says that the focus on greenery has increased for some time. For this, all the members of the team will make people aware with one vote. Lakshmi Devi, another female team member, added that the election of AOA represents service spirit. She will work with her associates to provide quality facilities with excellent service. For this, she has urged for cooperation from the people of the society.

Another team member, Kshitij Singhal, said, “the builder is charging the society high maintenance fees.”. Because of this, there is a lot of anger among the people living here.” After the formation of the new AOA, they will work to provide better service to the people by reducing the maintenance charges. It is noteworthy that there are 7 towers in Paramount Symphony Society, for which voting is to be held on March 19.
