The Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) has launched an e-auction process to sell 333 vacant commercial plots in its old schemes. KDA Vice-Chairman Arvind Singh kicked off the e-auction process on Friday, which coincided with the Hindu festival of Holi.
Buyers can purchase plots through the online auction process from March 11 to March 31. The available plots are in the Mahavir Nagar extension, Shatabdi Nagar, Swarnajayanti Vihar, and Bhagirathi-Jhanvi Nagar schemes.
The minimum plot size is 24.6 square meters, while the maximum size is 5500 square meters.
Successful applicants through the E-Auction Portal who make a one-time lump sum deposit within 90 days of allotment will receive a 5 percent discount on the remaining amount, excluding the registration fee. You can visit the plot’s location via Google before purchasing it.
