In Maharashtras Nagpur city, a man killed his 75-year-old father with an iron rod when the latter refused him money for liquor, said the police.Man attacks father to death in NagpurThe accused, identified as Amit Raipurkar (45), has been apprehended, they added.Reportedly, the incident took place on Saturday night when Amit, who works as a driver returned home in an inebriated condition and demanded money from his wife and father.However, they refused to give him money. Then, the accused started beating his wife and when his father tried to save her, Amit attacked him with an iron walking stick.The elderly man was then rushed to a nearby hospital, but the doctors declared him dead, said the officials.Case filed against accusedA case of murder has been filed against the accused for attacking his father to death.
