Meerut Woman Invents Safety Jeans With Bluetooth Alert For Girls’ Protection

Jeans will now protect women from molestation. Neelam Singh Pawar is on the mission of enhancing women’s safety. She and her team have developed jeans embedded with Bluetooth nanodevice technology. Neelam Singh Pawar is a Science HOD at Maxfort School in Delhi and the daughter-in-law of Meerut. 

Safety Anti-Rape Bluetooth Jeans will save women

She made women’s Safety Anti-Rape Bluetooth Jeans. The jeans have a button that, when pressed, activates the Bluetooth device. It also sends alerts to the wearer’s relatives and police through their connected mobile phone.

Neelam’s students helped her with the prototype 

Two students, Kashish and Ridima Dayal, from the same school, also helped Neelam. They assisted her in the creation of this prototype. Neelam hopes to launch the product in the market with the support of the government or private companies. 

The Bluetooth device is attached to the button of the jeans, which can be moved and removed during washing. They can immediately touch the jeans’ button whenever they are in trouble. It will activate the Bluetooth device as soon as the button is touched. 

How will this device work? 

This Bluetooth will send alerts on your location, and 3 numbers from your mobile phone will be sent. As soon as this alert goes, your acquaintances will immediately know you are in extreme trouble. They will get your exact location and reach there on time to save you. It will also make it easier for them to find you and get you out of the dangerous situation.

The prototype offers a one-hour charging time, comfortably providing seven days of full-time backup. The device is expected to be useful for distressed women. It will also provide an additional layer of safety.

Science HOD of Maxfort School, Delhi Neelam, belongs to West UP. Neelam was born in Bijnor. The marriage took place in Meerut. Neelam’s in-laws’ house is in Sardhana, Meerut. Farming takes place in the in-laws’ house. Neelam keeps on coming to Meerut. Here too, she is working for the safety of the girl child.
