Senior AAP leader and Member of Parliament, Raghav Chadha expressed his worry and anger on the incident that happened in Manipur. In the shocking video, two women are paraded naked and molested by a group that drags them to a field. The women were allegedly gang-raped after that.

Notably, the video got viral on Wednesday, triggering waves of outrage and drawing massive condemnation and demand for action.

Member of Parliament, Raghav Chadha, taking it to Twitter wrote, “Manipur is burning. BJP-led state Govt is silent. BJP-led Central Govt is busy with NDA optics. Double engine?”

Adding to this, he also wrote, “Manipur videos have shaken the nation’s soul, and the Govt. plans to act against Twitter while the perpetrators of the horrific crime still roam free. Justice?”

Meanwhile, chief minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal also tweeted calling the incident ‘very shameful’, he wrote, “The incident in Manipur is very shameful and condemnable. This kind of heinous act cannot be tolerated in Indian society. The situation in Manipur is becoming very worrying. I appeal to the Prime Minister to pay attention to the situation in Manipur. Please take strict action against the culprits seen in the video of this incident. There should be no place for people of such criminal nature in India.”
