A youth who has been identified as Vinay Srivastava, has been found dead under suspicious circumstances at the house of Union minister Kaushal Kishore. According to the preliminary investigation, the youth was shot dead around 4.15 am at Kisores house Begaria village residence under Thakurganj police station area.
