Union minister Piyush Goyal has took after the latest insta trend, 'just looking like a wow' while flagging off a 'One Bharat Sari Walkathon' in Mumbai on Sunday. Highlighting the beauty of the walkathon, he said, "I just want to say, this is a wow. So beautiful, so elegant, looking like a wow."

Sonali Bendre and Rupali Ganguly were also present in the walkathon.
Piyush motivated the women participants, and said, "Bharat ka time aa gaya hain. Yahi samay hain, yahi samay hain. (The time for India has come. This is the time, this is the time. Go for it)."

Over 5,000 women attended the event decked up in their characteristic traditional dress. These women included prominent professionals, Bollywood and television figures, sports personalities, businesswomen, designers, influencers, housewives, and many more. Previously, such a Sari Walkathon was organized in Surat.

The Minister of States for Textiles Darshana Jardosh and Lok Sabha MP Poonam Mahajan were also present to flag off the 'One Bharat Sari Walkathon'.
It started with a video by Jasmeen Kaur who was enthusiastically selling salwar suits on one of her social media accounts. Kaur repeatedly uses the phrase "just looking like a wow", describing the clothes, which went viral.
Notably, walkathon was organised by the Ministry of Textiles which aims to promote the handloom culture in India.
