In an alleged land-for-job fraud case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a chargesheet against Tejashwi Yadav and others involved in Delhis Rouse Avenue Court on Monday. Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, and several other people and firms were charged in the document. The chargesheet has been filed before Special Judge Geetanjali Goel.The case involving the land-for-job scam is brought against the former Union Minister of Railways Lalu Prasad Yadav, the former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri Devi, the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, and several other individuals. Misa Bharti, the daughter of Lalu Prasad Yadav, was present at the hearing.While granting more time, the Court expressed its displeasure with CBI and stated that it was improper for them to keep delaying this process. The case will be heard again on July 12th.
