A newly wed couple goes missing into Pallikkal river in Keralas Thiruvananthapuram during the photoshoot at the banks of the river on Saturday. According to the sources, the relative who tried to rescue him also died, while attempting to save them.According to the police officials, the couple got married five days back only. The deceased were identified as Siddique who hails from Kummil in Kadakkal and his wife Noufi.As per preliminary reports, the incident occurred at around 4:30 pm when they came to their relatives house for the feast, after which they headed for the photoshoot on the rocky river to click photos. Soon after the couple fell into the river, one of the relatives made a futile bid to rescue them, but three got caught in strong undercurrents. Despite being rescued by the residents who rushed them to the nearest government hospital, their life could not be saved.
