Karnataka Horror: In a shocking incident, a woman from Karnataka’s Dakshina Kannada district was brutally injured after her husband, in an inebriate state, attacked her, biting her eyes and cheeks.

This depressing incident happened on Monday night after the husband, named Suresh, and his wife, residents of the Belthangady area, engaged in an altercation, which turned into the husband attacking his wife.

According to the media reports, the 55-year-old Suresh attacked his wife with his hand and helmet and hit her face, causing bleeding injuries, said Dakshina Kannada Superintendent of Police, Ryshyanth.

Accused even assaults his daughter

Shockingly, he even assaulted their daughter when she came to rescue her mother from his father’s wrath. The frightened girl then ran away from the house.

Reportedly, the victim was found lying unconscious on Tuesday morning. She and her daughter are currently undergoing treatment at a hospital, said the police.

Case filed against accused Suresh

Following this incident, a case has been lodged against the accused – Suresh with punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means (IPC 323, 324, 326), intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of the peace (IPC 504), and criminal intimidation (IPC 506).
