House demolished, two booked under NSA for cow slaughter in MP

Houses of two Muslims were demolished after Bajrang Dal goons created a ruckus alleging cow slaughter in MP's Morena. Under this, 6 people have been put behind bars and the National Security Act has been invoked against two people. The state authorities are determined to take strict measures to reduce such actions.

New Delhi: A shocking case has emerged from Morena district of Madhya Pradesh has been under the spotlight as the houses of two Muslim men, Jaffar Khan and Asghar Khan were demolished. The incident ocurred after Bajrang Dal goons made a scene at the place alleging cow slaughter in MP's Morena.  According to the official report, the land where the houses were built was illegal hence the due action was taken. The complaint against cow slaughtering was filed in Noorabad Police station on June 21. So far, 6 people have been arrested under this crime. 

According to sources, OP Rawat, the officer in charge of Noorabad, a case observing cow slaughter was reported a week back in which a FIR was lodged against eight individuals and six out of the lot are already behind bars and the officials are trying their best to put the culprit behind bars as early as possible. 

The administration is on its toes to promptly and swiftly curb such incidents and reduce their frequency. To do so, the houses of two Muslim individuals were taken down under illegal construction yesterday. According to revenue officials, it is cross-checked from the land papers that the construction was illegal, and even after multiple notices, they got no response, leading to the necessary action. The police are on the spot to handle the situation.  

As per sources, Mahesh Singh Kushwaha, Tehsildar of the area mentioned that the action had already been planned. The necessary actions were long overdue, even after a series of notices from the panchayat, no response came from the other side. Hence, the district administration took the necessary action. The goons of Bajrang Dal aggravated the situation, leading to the need of police on spot.
