Hindi TV actor Chahat Pandey joins Aam Aadmi Party

On June 29, the television actress Chahat Pandey, who is from Damoh in Madhya Pradesh, joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi. National Organization General Secretary of Aam Aadmi Party and Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab, Dr Sandeep Pathak inducted actress Chahat Pandey in the party headquarters.

In order to support the Aam Aadmi Party in the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections, Chahat will campaign. Chahat is well-known and had a significant role in numerous TV serials.

Taking it to Twitter, AAP announced, “Famous TV Actress Chahat Pandey from Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, AAP National Gen. Secy. (Org) @SandeepPathak04 Joined AAP today in the presence of Ji. The AAP family extends a warm welcome to him. 💐 Only those who want change in the country will strengthen AAP further, will take AAP’s development work to every house.”

While accepting the membership of the party, the actress said, “I thank the Aam Aadmi Party for making me a part of their family. I am thankful to Aam Aadmi Party for giving me a chance to do something for my birthplace Damoh and Madhya Pradesh. My dream of becoming an actress came true. I think that everyone lives for his life but we have some duty for our birthplace as well. It is also our responsibility to fulfill that duty. By joining the party, I want to fulfill the same duty.”

Who is Chahat Pandey?

Chahat hails from Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. She started her journey in 2016 with the serial Pavitra Bandhan. Apart from this, she has played lead roles in many serials like Hamari Bahu Silk, Pakhi Parekh, Durga Mata Ki Chhaya, Nath Jewar or Zanjeer. She has been awarded the Best Actor Award by the National Academy of Television in 2020-21. Along with acting, Chahat is also associated with social service.
