Gurugram: Ola driver found dead in cab, police investigate 'robbery' angle

In Haryana, a taxi driver was shot dead by unknown miscreants in broad daylight inside his car in Gurugram on Saturday.

According to the police, the unknown miscreants opened fire at the driver, identified as Pankaj Babu, on the Manesar-Gurugram Highway Cyber City.

During this firing incident, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, sustained bullet injuries to the head and died on the spot.

What was the motive of miscreants?

Briefing about this incident, Senior Police Officer Varun Dahiya said that it appears Pankaj was shot to rob him.

Following this incident, the police started scanning the CCTV footage installed on the highway and further details about the whereabouts of Pankaj, who was working with Ola.
