Ahead of ‘Shobha Yatra,’ called by Hindu outfit on Monday, Haryana government has appealed public to avoid any kind of movement in Nuh district as section 144 has been imposed by the district administration keeping the law and order in mind.

After the orders issued by the Nuh Sub Divisional Magistrate Ashwini Kumar all schools and banks of the district have been closed to restrict any movement.

“Section 144 has been imposed in the district. I appeal to the citizens to avoid any kind of movement. All the schools and banks of the district are closed to restrict any movement. Action will be taken against those found involved in promoting Yatra as it will be a violation of section 144,” Kumar said.

According to the information, at least 13 companies of Paramilitary forces, three companies of the Haryana Armed Police (HAP), and 657 Police personnel have been deployed in the area.

It is to be noted here that this procession has been called after the Nuh violence happened on July 31 and have taken six lives. Despite of not being allowed for the permission, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader on Sunday said that they will take out the Braj Mandal Shobha Yatra peacefully.

Meanwhile, Rajender, IG, South Range, Rewari has appeal people to maintain a peaceful environment through mutual understanding, while talking to ANI, he said, “The Local and State Administration has denied the permission (for the yatra)…For Law & Order, force deployment has been done in the area. Section 144 has been imposed in the area…I would appeal to the people to maintain a peaceful environment through mutual understanding.”
