In Haryana’s Palwal district, a massive fire broke out at a paint manufacturing plant on the Sohna Route near the Dhatir village on Monday evening, said the officials.

Fire breaks out at paint manufacturing plant in Haryana’s Palwal district

However, no injury or casualty was reported in this fire incident.

According to the fire department, the incident took place at 7:30 pm on Monday.

Upon receiving the information, the fire tenders reached the spot of the incident and doused the fire. The manufacturing plant got completely damaged, officials said.

Traffic on the Sohna-Palwal route was also halted due to the dousing operation.

The reason behind the fire is not ascertained yet, they added.

Earlier on Sunday, a fire broke out at the Advanced Eye Centre of the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, with the fire brigade pressed to action to douse it. No casualties were reported.
