Fatal collision in Patna: Police confirm four deaths as truck hits bike at excessive speed

Authorities reported that late on Monday night, four people were murdered after a truck collided with their motorcycles on Gaya-Patna National Highway-83, close to Rampur.

The deceased were identified as Simara village residents Ravi Prajapati (age 21), Jitendra Paswan (age 20), Nishant Paswan (age 18), and Purushottam Paswan (age 18).

They were on their way to a wedding at the district's Chakand market when they were struck by a fast truck coming from the other direction.

The driver escaped, but the four instantly passed, according to the police. Although locals raced to the scene to aid the victims, they had already passed away. For a postmortem examination, the bodies were brought to Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital (ANMMCH) in Gaya.
