Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh has now moved to the Delhi High Court challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the controversial excise policy case.His plea was mentioned before the bench of Delhi High Court Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Sanjeev Narula.
