A man has claimed responsibility and surrendered to the police for the blasts that took place at a Convention Centre in Kerala on Sunday morning, said Kerala ADGP (law and order) MR Ajith Kumar.The alleged accused has been identified as Dominic Martin who conducted a series of blasts at the prayer meeting in Kalamassery and belonged to the same group of Sabha.
