Horrific! 16-year-old stabs teen to death allegedly over ₹350 in Delhi

A shocking incident has been reported from Welcome, a north east area in Delhi, where a teen was stabbed multiple times on Tuesday night by a younger boy who was seen dancing next to the body in extremely disturbing security footage.

The frantic killing, allegedly over ₹350, took place in northeast Delhi's Welcome area, police said. The teenage attacker was seen on CCTV tape stabbing the victim and, at one point, dancing while standing over the corpse. According to reports, he gave the victim around 60 knife wounds.

The police officials claim that robbery was the driving force for the murder. The victim was repeatedly stabbed by the accused after being rendered unconscious by chocking.

According to the investigation, the police officials claimed that the two men didn't seem to know each other. The 16-year-old suspect in the murder is said to have robbed the young man; when he resisted, he was attacked.
Police has also recovered the murder weapon from the incident spot. 

Deputy Commissioner of Police (northeast) Joy Tirkey, while speaking to media persons informed, "On Tuesday, a PCR call was received at around 11.15 pm that a youth, aged around 18 years, was stabbed to death by a minor in a bid to rob him in Janta Mazdoor colony in Welcome area. The victim was rushed to a hospital but he was declared dead.”

Meanwhile, with the help of CCTV footage, police have arrested the accused and initiated the investigation.
