Fire at Delhi AIIMS; Records, furniture charred: Fire Services Officials

Delhi: A massive fire broke out in the teaching block at Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) this morning, said the officials.

As many as seven fire tenders were sent to the spot and the fire was doused, Delhi Fire Services said.

According to the officials, the gutted furniture, a fridge and office records are on the second floor of the Director building at AIIMS.

However, no casualties or injuries have been reported yet, said the officials.
