Delhi police have arrested five suspects, including three minors, for the fatal stabbing of a man in the Badarapur area early Wednesday morning.The victim, 25-year-old Gaurav, was stabbed over 25 times around 2:30 am, according to DCP South East Rajesh Dev. He was dragged across the road before succumbing to his injuries.Two patrolling head constables witnessed the attack and gave chase when the assailants attempted to flee the crime scene. With the help of another police team, they managed to block and apprehend three of the suspects, two of them teenagers.The officers later identified and arrested the remaining two accused, one of whom was also a minor.According to preliminary investigations, the stabbing stemmed from an argument between Gaurav and his attackers. However, the exact motive remains unclear.Gauravs body was transported to AIIMS mortuary for autopsy. The five suspects are currently in police custody pending further investigation into the murder. Dev stated additional details will be released once available.
