Delhi Airport on Tuesday issued a passenger advisory after thick fog affected operations at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. According to the airport officials, due to dense fog, the Indira Gandhi International airport is experiencing delays in both arrivals and departures for about 30 flights, including international.

"While landings and take-offs continue at Delhi Airport, flights that are not CAT III compliant may get affected. Passengers are requested to contact the airline concerned for updated flight information. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted," reads the advisory issued by Delhi Airport.

Meanwhile, sharing an update for the smooth movement of the passengers, airport authorities have informed the commuters about the wait time at the entry gates of Terminal 3.

Similar to this, heavy fog also had an impact on flight operations at Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
The national capital awoke to an even colder morning on Monday, surrounded by thick fog, as the cold wave continued to tighten its hold across North India.
