Further investigation into the matter is underway.Reportedly, the deceased, Salman was a native of Uttar Pradeshs Bulandshahr and had been living in Mandoli Extension. He used to drive water carts near Meet Nagar Fatak, Jyoti Nagar in the national capital for his living. The deceased was the caretaker of the DUSIB Toilet Complex,” the police said.
