Taking the total number of departments under her charge to 12, Atishi is now the only woman in Delhi cabinet who holds the maximum number of portfolios. The move has been approved by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, four days after the chief minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal sent the proposal.Atishi will now also take the additional charges of Finance and Revenue departments.The AAP government has alleged that LG was holding the file related to the proposed reshuffle from the last four days. However, the official statement clarified that the file got approved by the governor and sent back to Delhi government on Wednesday evening.Atishi has already had a number of shuffles in the past few months in the Delhi government. Notably, Atishi was sworn in as minister in March this year.
