Further, the ED arrested the AAP leader in the same case on March 09, after hours of questioning at Tihar Jail.The Delhi excise policy was enforced by the AAP government in November 2021. It was scrapped at the end of September 2022 due to the allegations of corruption.The AAP leader, Manish Sisodia is an accused in the cases registered by both the CBI and ED in this matter.
