Update (May 29, 3:15 pm): Accused of 16-year-old girl murder in Delhis Shahbad Dairy area, arrested.In the Shahbad Dairy neighbourhood of New Delhi, a 16-year-old girl suffered fatal injuries after being stabbed numerous times by her suspected boyfriend, who is now on the run.According to the police officials, the body of the deceased was found on the street.As per the statement of the police officials, teams have been created by Delhi Police to track down the suspect. As per authorities, the girl was on her way to a friends sons birthday celebration when the accused intercepted her and brutally attacked her, stabbing her numerous times and also hitting her with a stone.The girl, a resident of the neighbourhoods JJ Colony, was killed inside the boundaries of the Shahbad Dairy Police Station in Delhi, and her body was discovered lying on the streets. During the investigation, officials also learnt that the deceased and the accused were in a relationship and they had arguments a day before.According to the officials, only after a post-mortem on the deceased, the number of stab wounds and other medical information will be determined.
