Death of another teen after falling from high-rise building in Noida

An unfortunate incident has been reported from Noida, where a 15-year-old boy died after falling from the balcony of his 15th-floor apartment in a high-rise housing society.

According to the police officials, the family of deceased class 10 boy has claimed that they were at home when the incident took place at around 1 am. “The teenager died after falling from the 15th floor of Capetown Society, Noida which comes under Sector-113 police station’s area,” an official said.

Prime Facie, it is suspected to be a suicide case. The official also informed that the boy had lost his father during Covid-19 pandemic. The body has been taken for postmortem and the investigation in the case is on, as per Deputy Commissioner of Police (Noida) Harish Chander.

Before this, a similar case was reported from the same society, when a 27-year-old lawyer died after she fell from her apartment on the 15th floor.
