Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is all set to inaugurate several development projects in Noida on Sunday (June 25). As a part of BJP’s (Bharatiya Janata Party) ‘Maha Jan Sampark’ campaign, the chief minister will also address the public gathering in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

CM Yogi’s Noida itinerary

CM Yogi will inaugurate the Parthala Signature Bridge flyover worth approx. 1300 crore, giving relief to the commuters travelling to Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. 

On Sunday, the BJP will also observe ‘Black Day’ across years since the Emergency was imposed in 1875 by the former prime minister, Indira Gandhi. The Emergency was in effect from June 25, 1975, to March 21, 1977, when it was withdrawn. 

Ahead of CM Yogi’s tour, Noida Police have diverted traffic across the city.

According to the official advisory issued by the Noida Police, the traffic will remain closed on both sides of the road from Sector- 12, 22 Chowk to Metro Hospital Chowk on City Center Underpass Sector-39 to Vindhyachal Road. Traffic will remain closed from Sector-12, 22, 56 Tiraha to Rajnigandha Chowk via MP-1 Marg in both directions. Moreover, traffic will remain closed from Sector-31, 25 Chowk to Sector-8, 10, 11, and 12 Chowk in both directions. 

That’s not it, the traffic will be disrupted in both directions from Sector-33 and Sector-53 Tiraha to Sector-33 Tiraha. Similarly, traffic will be diverted for a short time on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Parking arrangements made 

Moreover, the UP CM is likely to address a public meeting at Ramlila Maidan of Noida Stadium. Parking arrangements are made for the vehicles. People who will attend the rally can park their vehicles in the parking lot on the empty ground located in Sector-25 near the elevated. 

Drones ban in certain areas

The officials have also imposed Section-144, therefore usage of drones is banned in certain areas today.
