Manish Sisodia will be presented in court on March 21 for the next hearing on bail plea in Delhi excise duty case. The Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has reserved the ED’s plea for seeking Sisodia’s custody for interrogation in the Delhi excise duty case. The update came after Manish Sisodia was presented in Delhi Court today after he was arrested by ED in Tihar Jail after hours of questioning in the case.

Senior Advocate Dayan Krishnan, who was appearing for Manish Sisodia, opposed the ED’s plea seeking Sisodia’s custody for 10 days. Although, the court has reserved an order on the same and the bail plea now will be heard on March 21.
