According to an information posted on the Bangalore Electricity Supply Companys (BESCOM) website, many areas of Bengaluru may experience power outages today and tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday), as the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KTPCL), the only electricity distributor in the southern state, will be performing a number of maintenance tasks.For the first quarter, these activities mostly consist of routine maintenance projects, coupled with condition monitoring, hotline observations, and bus coupling work.
