The Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned the plea of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidus bail plea to October 19 in skill development case.According to the information, the move has been taken by the court due to absence of few members from the legal team of Chandrababu Naidu. Rest of the team members who were present in the court has requested for the adjournment to October 19.On Friday, the Andhra Pradesh government assured the top court that they will not arrest the former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu till October 18 in the FiberNet scam case.According to the sources, a bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi also issued notice to the government on the plea of Naidu challenging the Andhra Pradesh High Court order denying him anticipatory bail in the case and posted the matter for hearing on October 17.The Andhra Pradesh High Courts earlier this week decision to deny Naidu anticipatory release was under consideration by the Supreme Court as it heard his special leave appeal.The bench is also aware of a different petition Naidu filed asking for the revocation of a FIR against him that was based on a scheme involving skill development. He has appealed the High Courts decision to deny his request to have the FIR quashed.
