After getting information, the Delhi Police on Wednesday filed a complaint.In his complaint, Singh said that on June 19, his manager Rohit Chabra got a threatening phone call from a person identifying themselves as Goldy Brar. Additionally, the caller asked for ₹50 lakh in extortion money.Singh informed reporters at the Delhi Police headquarters, “I received the call from a foreign number on my managers phone… Asserting to be Goldy Brar, he Additionally, I got voice messages demanding me for money.”The FIR that has been lodged, says, “Thereafter, his manager received random calls and voice messages for extortion from the same number. After we received the complaint, we lodged a case under IPC sections 387 (Putting person in fear of death or of grievous hurt, to commit extortion) and 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) and an investigation has been taken up.”In a Facebook post, Goldy Brar, who is a close associate of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the attack on Sidhu Moose Wala. Goldy Brar said, “Sachin Bishnoi Dhattaranwali, Lawrence Bishnoi, and I are behind the killing of Sidhu Moose Wala.”The gangster claimed he had killed Sidhu Moose Wala to avenge the death of Vicky Middukhera.
